David Vallieres

Principal

David is a seasoned investor and operating executive with experience across finance, hospitality, technology, and sports. He works closely with owners and leadership teams to turn strategy into practical operating priorities, stronger financial visibility, and accountable execution.

David has served as an executive and board member across privately held companies for more than a decade. He remains actively involved with current portfolio companies, working alongside owners and leadership teams to align people, operating systems, financial discipline, and strategy while supporting responsible, long-term growth.

Earlier in his career, David played NCAA Division I hockey at the University of Alaska Anchorage and then continued on to play professional hockey. Those experiences continue to shape his team-oriented approach to leadership, preparation, resilience, and performance.

At Legacy Operating Holdings, David leads acquisition evaluation, financial and operational planning, and post-close execution. He brings an operator’s perspective and a commitment to preserving what makes a company valuable while helping its people and systems support the next stage of growth.

RJ Nicolosi

Principal

RJ is an entrepreneur, investor, and operating executive with more than three decades of experience building, acquiring, and transforming businesses. He has served in CEO, president, board, and senior executive roles across privately held and growth-oriented companies, with a particular focus on aligning people, operating systems, and strategy.

RJ currently serves as CEO and a board member of US Dealer Licensing. His previous leadership experience includes Infillion, RevLocal, The Nerdery, and Catapult Leadership Lab, which he founded to help entrepreneurs and leadership teams achieve sustainable growth.

Throughout his career, RJ has worked with businesses at different stages of development—from acquiring his first company in his late twenties to leading organizational transformations and advising high-growth CEOs. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, a certified Project Management Professional, and has training in EOS implementation and performance-based hiring.
